How we create our

Wingber

Wingber Old Beer recipe style has been based on 1830 German beer which was brewed and served that time. According to the Beer Purity which permits only water, hops, and malt as ingredients and stipulates that beers not exclusively using barley-malt such as beer must be top-fermented.

The only ingredients that could be used in the production of beer were water, barley, and hops,. After its discovery, yeast became the fourth legal ingredient.

Two common varieties of Wingber wheat beer are Weißbier (German – "white beer") based on the German tradition of mixing approx. 50% wheat to barley malt to make a light coloured top-fermenting beer and second Belgian white beers are often made with raw unmalted wheat, as opposed to the malted wheat used in other varieties.

Wingber Old 1830 Beer style wheat beer is usually packed in 500 ml Cans, 330ml Points, 500 ml and 650 ml Bottles.

A pint of wheat beer will likely be full of clove a wonderful combination of mild sweetness and light zest. Due to (of course) being made of wheat, wheat beer has bready and yeasty flavors. Sweet honey – a little less heavy than caramel – will also make its way into sips.
